Neuroscience Psychiatry is an insurance-based psychiatric practice.
When Neuroscience Psychiatry participates with your health plan and the services you receive are eligible for insurance billing, we will submit claims to your insurance plan.
Your financial responsibility depends on your insurance benefits and may include a deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or responsibility for non-covered services.
Verification of benefits does not guarantee insurance coverage or payment.
Patients should contact their insurance plan for information regarding network status, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, prior authorization requirements, and coverage limitations.
For patients who do not have applicable insurance coverage, are receiving a non-covered service, or are otherwise eligible to pay directly for care:

For eligible self-pay patients who want consistent ongoing psychiatric care and easier access between appointments:

$197/month includes:
One 30-minute Continuity Care Visit available during each monthly billing cycle
Medication management and psychotherapy integrated as clinically appropriate
Secure non-urgent messaging between visits
Responses to routine clinical messages generally within one business day
Priority scheduling, subject to availability
Additional Continuity Care Visits during the same monthly billing cycle are available for $175 per 30-minute visit.
Unused monthly Continuity Care Visits do not accumulate or roll over.
Self-Pay Continuity Care is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance.
Enrollment is subject to eligibility requirements and a separate written Continuity Care Agreement.
Medication costs, laboratory testing, imaging, pharmacy services, outside clinicians, emergency services, hospital services, and services not specifically included in the Continuity Care Agreement are separate.
Patients with Health First Colorado should notify the practice before paying directly for psychiatric services.
Covered Medicaid services must be handled according to applicable Medicaid billing requirements.
